Greetings All! Thank you all for taking the time to read this.
Plans are well under way for our Annual New Year's Eve FFist FFest. If you haven't yet signed up for an invitation, you should do that early and avoid being on the waiting list. This, historically, has been our most popular and well attended party of the year, and is limited to 40 men.
We feature a full FREE Open Bar and hot and cold Hors D'Ouevres all evening, Champagne, Hats and Noisemakers at Midnight, and a Champagne Brunch on Sunday Morning. Sleeping space is available for our out-of-town guests. If you are arriving by Bus or Amtrak, we can pick you up at the stations, and get you back the next morning.
All CFN events are FREE, and open to all members and guests. To request an invitation, you can do that here.
Ed and I hope to see many of you, as we Fist in the New Year.
Finally, as we head into the holiday season, and our hearts are filled with the joy of giving, consider making a small donation to the CFN Website Hosting Fund. Greetings all!
Well, it seems that Autumn is finally here, relatively cool days, and great nights for sleeping. Now's the time to plan your leaf peeping, and a visit to New England.
Our next CFN play party is scheduled for Saturday, October 29, 2011. It's our FFisting FFright Night! Costumes are optional, but there will be a prize given for the most ffrightful costume. There will also be games, bobbing for dildoes, fisting jack-o-lanterns, and others. Hot mulled cider laced with rum will be the drink of the evening. Make your plans early, and reserve your invitation. It promises to be a FFrightful night!
I've just finished posting a bunch of new XXX fisting movies in the XXX Video Gallery. Be sure to check them out, there are some pretty hot movies. The movie gallery has grown so large, that I had to start a page II.
While you're at the website, don't forget to check out CFN's FFree FFisters FForums. It's the new place to communicate with fellow fisters from around the world. Sign up now, tell all your fisting friends, start posting in the forums. It's there for you, and anyone curious about or into fisting.

Greetings all!
I hope all our members on the East Coast and New England made it through Irene OK. There's been some terrible damage to Coastal Connecticut, but we were as prepared as could be. Ed lost power and had a limb come down, but no damage. I, on the other hand, made it through unscathed.
Just some thoughts as we prepare for our 11th Anniversary Fistabration Weekend. CFN passed a new milestone this week. We now have over 750 members. Little did we know, back in September of 2001, how our little group would expand to such proportions.
Ed's family turmoil seems to be a bit calmer, and as of now, he will be able to continue to host our monthly events. We all owe Ed a huge debt of gratitude for hosting CFN Play Parties all these years. It is a selfless act allowing 20-30 men into his home each month. Looking back, Ed has hosted more than 125 CFN Play Parties in his home over the years. I have created a place at the website where we can all express our appreciation to Ed. If you follow this link, you can leave your personal message for Ed.
The signup forms for Fistabration Weekend are available at the website. We hope you can join us at one or more of the events planned.
On a personal note, I need some help and/or advice. I'm currently looking for a Portable Sling Frame. If anyone has one they are looking to sell, please get in touch with me. I'm also looking for advice as to where I might find one at a reasonable price. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. You can email me at ron@ctfistersnet.net.

Greetings All...
It's that time again for our
Semi-annual Website Hosting Fund Drive
Twice a year we pay our website hosting company, and the next time is August 15th. Now that we have had to change webhosting companies, the cost of running our website has gotten a little more expensive. There are several ways you can help. If you haven't already, you can become a CFN Premier Member, 100% of your membership fee goes towards paying our website host, and the additional software required to keep our website going. You can also make a small donation by clicking on the Donate button at the website. Again, 100% of this money also goes towards the Website Hosting Fund.
We make this plea twice a year in order for CFN to remain online serving members of the fisting community in Connecticut, the Northeast, and beyond. We currently have 600+ members, with approximately 2,000 visits to our website daily. We try to provide the most relevant content for our visitors, and our members, and have received many kudos from around the world. I make this plea humbly, John and I used to finance the website completely when we were a much smaller group and website. It is currently out of our reach to do that now so we are starting the drive off with a $50.00 donation. Many members have been very generous in the past, and for that we thank you very much.

As we head into the Memorial Day Weekend, we hope you all have a great weekend
We've gotten some emails regarding the slowness of the website to load. I think the problem has been solved, please let me know if you are still having problems. There will still be times when it might slow down a bit due to heavy usage. The website has become very popular, and the XXX Video Gallery can use up a lot of bandwith (so i'm told). If there are any computer techs out there, familiar with SohoLaunch Webbuilder Software and PHP that would like to try to streamline and speed up the website, send me an email and let's talk.

April Showers Bring May Flowers

Greetings All!
Well, the great weather is finally here, remember, April showers bring May flowers, the rain we've had should bode well for May. Speaking of May, due to scheduling conflicts, we will not be having a party in May. As soon as it's decided, we'll post the date for the June Play Party.
If anyone happens to have a spare sling, used or new, that they'd like to donate to CFN, we could sure use it. Several of our slings are provided by members when they attend, but if they are unable to attend, then we are short a sling or two. Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated. We'll even hang a sign over the sling dedicating it to you.
In the next week or so, we'll be posting approximately 20 new XXX videos in the XXX Video Gallery. Be sure to check them out, there are some pretty HOT ones. Premier Members have unlimited access to the gallery.
If you have attended a CFN Play Party, and haven't already posted a review, we need your help. Please take a few minutes to complete the Play Party Feedback Form here, This will allow us to make any changes, but more importantly, you will be giving feedback to men considering attending a Play Party. Thank you in advance for a huge response to this request!

Greetings all!
Well, the website's move is accomplished, and everything is up and running. You probably won't notice any changes, except for missing photo galleries, that are being redone even as we speak. The XXX Video Gallery is currently up and running with some hot, new videos for your enjoyment. Take a look, even I have a few favorites there. When you visit the website, if you run into any broken links, please let me know. I think I got them all, but another 600+ pairs of eyes couldn't hurt. Email any broken link problems to ron@ctfistersnet.net.
The next CFN Play Party is scheduled for Saturday, March 26th at Ed's in New Britain. It's the perfect time to rid yourself of that winter cabin fever. The Event Invitation Request Form is up and running at the website, and there is still plenty of room. Be sure to sign up soon, as the list fills very fast the last week before the party and you wouldn't want to be left out. As long as another storm doesn't hit us that would limit parking on Ed's street, the party is on!
While at the website, please also consider a small donation to our website web hosting fund. The move to new servers has been a bit more than expected, and we could sure use some help. CFN's 10th Anniversary

Greetings Everyone, and...
As some of us prepare ourselves for tonight's 10th Anniversary festivites, I wanted to take a few moments of your time.
What started as an effort of Ed (ctpigpenFF) and I to plan some small get togethers with men we had met on the internet, and other places, has developed into an organization with over 600 members from Connecticut, New England and beyond. When Ed and I each started to host small events, little did we know that they would continue and grow in popularity for these ten years.
I'm going to take some time here to thank some very special men who have played a very integral part in making CFN what it is today, the Premier Fisting Organization in the Northeast United States.
Special thanks go out to my partner, the love of my life, John (ctleatherbear), for all his help financially and spiritually in allowing me the time to organize our group, plan events, and spend countless hours taking care of our website, my special labor of love. John has been a part of CFN from almost the very beginning, in fact, we met and fell madly in love at one of the early CFN events, and he has played a huge role in the success of The Connecticut Fisters Network.
Extra special thanks also go out to Bob (redhankylr) and Bernie (Bernie). They have played a very special part in the growth of CFN, planning, helping prepare the play area, cleanup after parties, and countless acts of selflessness and encouragement. They are both truly heroes to CFN.
Lastly, but certainly not least, Ed. Ed deserves a very extra special thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Over these last ten years, and quite a few years before, Ed has become my BEST friend, and the greatest asset CFN has. In the past ten years, Ed has opened his home to host all of our CFN events. Ed has hosted over 150 CFN play parties at his home, with countless overnight guests. He has meticulously prepared his home and playroom to welcome us all. He has been a rock in helping me to plan the many CFN events we all enjoy so much, and in all these years, has never once complained about anything, making this truly his labor of love. We all owe Ed our very deep, sincere THANK YOU!
Well, enough shmaltz, for the may men who have attended CFN events in the past, thank you for all your help and support. For those of you who have never attended a CFN event, we hope to see you at one sometime soon. Thank you to everyone who has helped to support CFN financially, our goal is to continue to keep CFN events free to all members, and to keep our website, www.ctfistersnet.net up and running, and your donations and Premier Memberships allow us to accomplish that goal. If you are not yet a Premier Member, we would encourage you to become one, and take advantage of the many perks available to CFN Premier Members at our website, and to help keep CFN up and running for the next ten years.
My last thank you is to YOU. You make CFN the group that it is. You make my time and effort worthwhile.

First Annual Online Charity Leather Auction
Proceeds from the auction will benefit
AIDS Project Hartford
AIDS Project Hartford is a private, non-profit organization that is dedicated to improving the quality of life of all people in Connecticut who are impacted by HIV/AIDS. The agency was founded by a committed group of volunteers in 1985 as a grassroots response to the growing AIDS crisis. During the past two decades, they have evolved from an organization fighting to help people face an imminent death into one focused on helping people live a longer life with hope and dignity. They employ a multi-cultural staff and offer all services in Spanish and English.
Here's how you can help:
We are currently looking for donations of new or used leather items. Clothing, Toys, Restraints, Etc. Donations may be brought to Ed's or Ron's, or mailed to Ron's (email Ron at ron@ctfistersnet.net for addresses). They will be photographed and placed online in our Auction. If you have any leather items not in use, and we all know we have some, consider donating them to CFN so that we can help AIDS Project Hartford and the many good works that they do.
The auction will begin online on October 15th. It will be very similar to EBay auctions. Look for more details as the time draws near.

Greetings All!
Well, the seasons keep changing, faster than anyone would want, and here we are almost into September and Autumn. We have had some pretty well attended parties through out the summer, and we have gotten to meet lots of HOT men.
We are currently accepting requests for our September 25th Tenth Anniversary Fistabration (God, it's been 10 years already). If you're into lots of hot men, this one is a must! I would advise making plans and booking early, since we are limited to 40 men, and this party usually fills up fast. Champagne and Hors D'Ouevres at Midnight, and Champagne Brunch on Sunday Morning.
We are pleased to announce a new website feature for all CFN Members. CFN's Live Fisters Chat. Check it out the next time you're at the website. It's pretty simple to navigate, and if enough of us use it, could be a lot of fun. There is a main chat room, and one on one chat capability. Check it out!
The XXX Movie Gallery has been updated with new videos for September. Some pretty HOT stuff. Check it out!

Greetings All!
I wanted to take a few minutes to thank everyone who attended last weekend's Spring FFling. I've received a number of emails telling me how great it was. Thank all the pigs in attendance for such a great party!
If you haven't been to the website lately, there have been a number of changes, making navigation much easier. Most of the Galleries have been recently updated, and the FFree XXX video of the week has been very popular.
There are several new additions coming soon to the website. We are pleased to announce that we have been selected to publish online a new book, FISTING POSITIONS by red4fun, from Australia. It is a very comprehensive compilation of various fisting positions, a veritable gay fisters kama sutra. Look for this in the next week or so in the Fisting 101 section.
Also coming to the website in the next week or so is the CFN Summer Film Festival. The Summer Film Festival is a collection of Gay Themed PG or R rated movies, perfect for summertime entertainment. You'll be able to find this collection in the Member Gateway section of the website.
In answer to those that want to change profile information or pictures, do a search for your profile, click on the details icon, and at the bottom of that page you'll find the link to make changes, or upload a new picture.

Well, the biggest news first. It appears that we have finally gotten Google to straighten out the "Malware" warning problem at the website. It has taken months of contacting them almost daily, but we've finally received the following email:

I've been busy with a lot of website housekeeping and tweaking over the last few weeks, and you should notice some new and improved content the next time you visit the website.
There is a new content page, "Latest Gay News". Direct news feeds form several Gay publications, updated hourly. Be sure to check out the page for all the news important to the LGBT community.

The Profile Search pages have been optimized to now note Premium Members. There is a Search Member Profiles page available to all members in the Member Gateway, and Search Members by City, Search Members by State, Search Members by Position, and Search Members by Photos available in the Premier Gateway.
There is still time to take advantage of the $15 per year Premier Membership price. The Cost of a Premier Membership will be going up on the First of February, due to price increases from our webhost. Due to increased popularity, we now have to move to a dedicated server.
